and physical trainers. Data collection focused on the effectiveness of
Arasys III on Inch Loss and Muscle Building after tailoring different frequency
and pulse combinations for abdominal muscles. Results indicated
that inch loss is slightly higher when the pulse is set on a lower setting (faster
pulse) and muscle building is higher when pulse is set on a higher setting
(slower pulse). The 200 frequency is slightly better for muscle building. |

occurs signifi cantly faster with the Arasys when compared to both physical
