ARASYS Fault Diagnosis Checklist:

Did you check the fuses? (The fuses are inside a small drawer under the power plug.)

Did you replace the fuses?

Does the unit power up?

Are all the dials turned to “0”

Have you tried plugging the machine in a different outlet?

Are the cables pushed all the way?

Does the key stop at the on or off position?

Does the key turn 360 degrees in the key hole?

If one output is not working, did you try one or more different cables?

Did you leave the unit unplugged, and try it the next morning?

Is the system connected to a voltage regulator / surge protector?

Is the voltage regulator / power surge protector “on”?

Is the system connected to a battery tower surge protector?

Does the unit randomly shut itself down?

This is the result of an inbuilt defense mechanism meant to protect the Arasys brain from voltage fluctuations or other electrical fluctuations.  The Arasys is an intelligent device able to sense any type of fluctuations that could potentially damage its complex mechanism and is designed to shut itself down for self protection. One can rectify the problem by:

  1. Turning the Arasys off and on again.
  2. Plugging the Arasys in an outlet in a different room that may not have the same voltage fluctuations or other electrical fluctuations that often occur as a result of the inherent instability in countries that utilize 120 voltage.
  3. Plug the unit to a Voltage regulator that is sensitive enough to detect subtle voltage fluctuations.
Does your surge protector cost under $260?
